Newly appointed chiefs
The Financial Crimes chiefs who took office through the midnight appointments at Istanbul Police HQ on December 25, 2013 did not execute the court-issued search order. The appointment list and grounds are in open sources.
Disciplinary inquiries
From 2014 onwards, disciplinary inquiries were opened against the chiefs who ran the operation. Conducted by Civil Service and Police Chief Inspectors, these inquiries — through the High Disciplinary Board's decisions — produced outcomes such as dismissal and provincial reassignment.
